Who uses your information

Consultations and enquiries
We use your name, email, business and project details, and optional phone number to respond, arrange a consultation and follow up on your request. This relates to steps you request before a possible contract. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Creators and collaborations
We use the details and profile links you submit to assess a fit with brand briefs and contact you about potential collaborations. Your email is verified before your profile is activated. Registration does not guarantee a project, income or access to TikTok Shop features. You can withdraw permission to retain your profile through our contact form; any collaboration is agreed separately.
Newsletter and welcome guides
We send the newsletter only with separate consent confirmed by email. We retain your email, language, signup source, consent version and confirmation time. Every newsletter will include an unsubscribe option. Every subscriber with a confirmed email receives the free campaign guide, with no monthly limit.
Storage and providers
Enquiries and registrations are stored privately in Payload administration on Cloudflare D1 infrastructure. Only authenticated administrators have access. Cloudflare delivers enquiries to our inbox and confirmation emails to applicants. Your data is not included in public articles, sitemaps or publication snapshots. We do not sell personal data. We will discuss the next step before sharing a creator profile with a particular brand.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiries while handling your request and necessary follow-up, creator profiles while you remain interested in collaboration, and newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time. A minimal record of consent and its withdrawal may remain to document and respect your choices; these are not public profiles. You can request access, correction, erasure or restriction and, where applicable, portability or object to processing. You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů.
Form security
We use a short-lived identifier derived from your network address and submission limits to reduce spam. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive information. These forms do not themselves activate advertising pixels or automated profiling.
